Make sure that your loft is accessible and if it is has bording make sure some is lifted up so we can see there is loft insulation fitted.
If your property is rendered it can be difficult to determine if cavity wall insulation has been done. Please keep any documentation to prove the building has it.
Double or triple glazing are recommended. If you had your windows installed it is also good to have documentation to prove what year these were done as this will determine the type of glazing used.
We need to identify the make and model of the boiler to understand the efficiency so if you have any documentation to help this makes it easier to establish.
